All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated at the time of transaction.

Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting wagering loopholes, or reverse-engineering offer structures — is strictly prohibited. 388wi reserves the right to void bonus winnings, cancel promotional credits, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

388wi's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made to your account in the 30-day period preceding the relevant claim.
The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is governed by the 388wi Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering at 388wi, you consent to the data practices described in that policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting 388wi support.
